By accessing or using Career Fast Pass ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users including students, school counselors, and school administrators.

2. Who Can Use Career Fast Pass

You may use Career Fast Pass if you are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf. Users under 13 are not permitted to use the platform.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and not sharing it with others
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Career Fast Pass only for its intended purpose — building career materials and developing your professional skills. You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Upload or submit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Use automated tools or bots to access the platform
• Resell or commercially exploit content generated by the platform without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information

5. AI-Generated Content

Career Fast Pass uses AI to generate resumes, cover letters, career roadmaps, and other career materials. You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may require review and editing
• You are responsible for reviewing all generated content for accuracy before using it
• Career Fast Pass does not guarantee that generated content will result in employment
• You own the career materials generated for you through the platform

6. School Portal Terms

Schools and counselors using the Career Fast Pass School Portal agree to:

• Use the platform only for legitimate educational and career guidance purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of student data accessed through the counselor dashboard
• Obtain appropriate consent from students and parents as required by applicable law
• Not share school portal admin credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access to student data

7. Intellectual Property

The Career Fast Pass platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Career Fast Pass. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

Career materials generated for you (resumes, cover letters, etc.) belong to you. You are free to use them however you choose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Career Fast Pass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or that the career materials generated will be suitable for your specific situation. Use the platform at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Career Fast Pass and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities or reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Privacy

Your use of Career Fast Pass is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Career Fast Pass at any time if you violate these terms. You may also stop using the platform at any time. Upon termination you may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
