Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Career Fast Pass at careerfastpass.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, school counselors, and school administrators.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Description of Service

Career Fast Pass is an AI-powered career development platform designed for high school students and entry-level job seekers. The Platform helps users build the tools they need to enter the workforce, including:

• AI-generated resumes with multiple template options and quality scoring
• Personalized cover letters tailored to specific job targets
• Interview preparation materials and an AI-powered interview simulator
• 5-milestone career roadmaps with progress tracking
• Local employer suggestions and application packs
• Career path recommendations and college pathway guidance
• A School Portal for counselors to manage and support students

User Accounts

To access most features of Career Fast Pass, you must register for an account. When you do:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you
• You must notify us immediately at support@careerfastpass.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• You may not transfer your account to another person or create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent

Career Fast Pass reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at its discretion.

Subscription Tiers & Payments

Career Fast Pass offers both a free tier and paid subscription plans. The current plans are:

Billing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Career Fast Pass to charge your payment method for the selected plan.

Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly) at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to your plan through that date.

Career Fast Pass reserves the right to change pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before price changes take effect for existing subscribers.

Refund Policy

Details:

• Request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription charge by emailing support@careerfastpass.com — no reason required
• After the 14-day window, charges are final. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing period
• Automatic renewal charges are final — cancel anytime before your renewal date (from your account settings) to avoid the next charge
• If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current paid period and are not charged again after that

We encourage you to try the free tier before upgrading to make sure a paid plan is right for you. Report any accidental or disputed charge to support@careerfastpass.com and we'll help.

Age Requirement & Parental Consent

You must be at least 13 years old to use Career Fast Pass. Users under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the Platform.

Users who are at least 13 but under 18 years of age ("minors") must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use Career Fast Pass. By registering for an account, a minor represents and warrants that they have obtained such consent.

• Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their minor child's use of the Platform
• Parents and guardians accept these Terms on behalf of their minor child by permitting their use of the Platform
• Career Fast Pass is not responsible for a minor's use of the Platform in violation of these Terms or without proper parental consent

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your minor child has registered without your consent, or if you wish to request removal of your child's account and data, please contact us at support@careerfastpass.com. We will promptly respond to all such requests.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Career Fast Pass uses artificial intelligence to help generate career documents and recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Content may not be perfect. AI-generated content can contain errors, inaccuracies, or language that requires editing. Always review everything before submitting it to an employer.
• No guarantee of employment outcomes. Career Fast Pass does not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in job placement, interview success, college acceptance, or any other specific outcome.
• You are responsible for your submissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, customizing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in any application or professional context.
• Content reflects your inputs. The quality and accuracy of generated content depends on the information you provide. Providing inaccurate or incomplete inputs may result in misleading outputs.
• Not professional career advice. Content generated by Career Fast Pass is not a substitute for professional career counseling, legal advice, or HR guidance.

Career Fast Pass shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from a user's reliance on, submission of, or use of AI-generated content.

Intellectual Property

Platform ownership: Career Fast Pass and its licensors own all rights to the Platform, including its design, code, branding, logos, interface, and proprietary AI systems. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights to the Platform itself.

Your content: You retain ownership of all personal information and original content you submit to Career Fast Pass (such as your work history, skills, and goals).

License to Career Fast Pass: By using the Platform, you grant Career Fast Pass a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and use your submitted information solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you — for example, passing your profile to an AI model to generate your resume. We do not claim ownership over your personal information.

Generated documents: Career materials generated for you (resumes, cover letters, roadmaps, etc.) are yours to use freely. You may edit, download, and submit them to employers without restriction.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Career Fast Pass Platform without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Use

You agree to use Career Fast Pass only for its intended purpose. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Automated access: Scraping, crawling, mining, or using bots or automated scripts to access the Platform or extract data
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise derive the source code or underlying systems of the Platform
• Harmful content: Uploading, submitting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonation: Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation with a person or organization
• Unauthorized access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account, computer system, or network connected to Career Fast Pass
• Commercial exploitation: Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting access to the Platform or its generated content without written permission
• Interference: Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or impairs the performance or availability of the Platform
• Unlawful use: Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy — available at careerfastpass.com/privacy — is incorporated into these Terms by reference and describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Key principles:

• Career Fast Pass collects only the information necessary to provide and improve the service
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties — ever
• Data shared with AI providers is used solely to generate the content you requested and is subject to those providers' data handling agreements
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@careerfastpass.com

Termination

By Career Fast Pass: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Platform or its users.

In cases of termination for cause (e.g., Terms violations), no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a paid subscription.

By you: You may stop using Career Fast Pass and delete your account at any time. To request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at support@careerfastpass.com. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations for the current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Career Fast Pass, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment, lost income, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Career Fast Pass is not liable for outcomes resulting from your use, submission, or reliance on any AI-generated content
• Career Fast Pass is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content for any particular purpose

Liability cap: In no event shall Career Fast Pass's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount you paid to Career Fast Pass in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not made any payments, our liability is limited to $0.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

Career Fast Pass may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by:

• Sending a notice to the email address associated with your account, and/or
• Displaying a prominent notice on the Platform

The updated Terms will become effective on the date indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may cancel your subscription from your account settings before the changes take effect.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from your use of Career Fast Pass shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
